These terms govern your use of Medi Dreamers — who can register, how subscriptions and cancellations work, what you may and may not do with our materials, and the limits of our responsibility for your exam outcomes.

01 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and preparing for medical admission tests.

02 Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.

03 Use of Service

Medi Dreamers provides online mock tests, study materials, and analytics for medical admission preparation.

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account login
  • Copy or distribute our questions and materials
  • Cheat or manipulate mock test results
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

05 Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your current package will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Two Easy Ways to Cancel Your Subscription:

1 From Medi Dreamers Website (Recommended)
  1. Log in to your account at https://medidreamers.com
  2. Go to My Account → My Subscription
  3. Click on Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS
2 From bKash App
  1. Open your bKash Mobile App
  2. Go to Subscriptions
  3. Find Medi Dreamers subscription
  4. Select Cancel / Stop Subscription
  5. Confirm the cancellation
Cancellation stops future charges only. You keep access until the end of your paid period. No refunds for partial use.

06 Refund Policy

If a customer accidentally makes the same payment more than once for the same order or subscription, the customer must contact us through our official phone number or any of our available communication channels and provide the necessary payment information for verification.

Once the duplicate payment is verified, the additional/duplicate amount will be refunded within 3 working days.

07 Intellectual Property

All mock test questions, explanations, videos, and materials are the property of Medi Dreamers. Unauthorized copying or sharing is strictly prohibited.

08 Limitation of Liability

Mock test scores do not guarantee actual medical admission test results. We are not liable for your exam outcomes.

09 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use means you accept the changes.
